Fulfillment & Service Delivery Policy

Nature of Services

Stockwell Industrial Contractors LLC provides on-site construction, remodeling, and contracting services. We do not sell or ship physical products. All services are performed at the client's designated property location in the greater Salem, OR area and surrounding regions.

Service Fulfillment Process
  1. Consultation: Client submits a booking request through our website or by contacting us directly. A complimentary on-site consultation is scheduled.
  2. Proposal & Agreement: A detailed project proposal including scope of work, timeline, and pricing is provided. Work begins only after the signed agreement and booking deposit are received.
  3. Project Execution: Our team performs all work according to the agreed-upon scope and timeline. Progress updates are provided at key milestones.
  4. Completion & Final Walkthrough: Upon completion, a final walkthrough is conducted with the client. Any punch list items are addressed before final payment is due.
Timelines

Project timelines vary depending on scope and complexity. Estimated timelines are provided in the project proposal. Stockwell Industrial Contractors will communicate any delays due to weather, material availability, permitting, or unforeseen structural conditions as promptly as possible.

Materials & Procurement

All materials required for the project are sourced and procured by Stockwell Industrial Contractors unless otherwise agreed upon with the client. Material costs are included in the project proposal. We do not ship materials separately—all materials are delivered directly to the job site as part of our service.
