Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At Stockwell Industrial Contractors LLC, we understand that project needs can change. This policy outlines the terms under which deposits, payments, and bookings may be refunded or cancelled.

Consultation & Booking Deposits
  • A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your project date on our schedule.
  • Deposits are applied toward the total project cost upon commencement of work.
  • Initial consultations and on-site estimates are provided free of charge.
Cancellation Terms
  • More than 14 days before scheduled start: Full refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable booking deposit.
  • 7–14 days before scheduled start: 50% refund of payments made (excluding the booking deposit). Materials already purchased will be deducted from the refund.
  • Less than 7 days before scheduled start: No refund will be issued. If materials have not yet been purchased, a credit may be applied toward a future project at our discretion.
  • After work has commenced: No refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress work. Payment is due for all labor and materials expended up to the point of cancellation.
Refund for Unsatisfactory Work

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 30 days of project completion. Stockwell Industrial Contractors will conduct a review and, at our discretion, offer corrective work at no additional cost or issue a partial refund for the portion of work deemed unsatisfactory.
